About Indian Pastors Association (IPA)
Indian Pastors Association (IPA) is a registered public religious and charitable trust committed to serving, empowering, and uniting Christian pastors and church leaders across India. Rooted in the teachings of Lord Jesus Christ and anchored in the Indian Constitution’s guarantees of religious freedom (Articles 25–30), IPA is dedicated to upholding the spiritual, social, and constitutional rights of those called to serve in ministry.
Founded with a vision to build a Christ-centered fellowship of pastors from all denominations, IPA provides a platform for support, accountability, training, and leadership development. We believe that strong, equipped, and protected pastors are essential for healthy churches and transformed communities.

What We Do
Licensing & Ordination
IPA offers official licensing and ordination to pastors, evangelists, and ministers of the Gospel, empowering them to legally conduct worship, teach, counsel, and perform Christian ceremonies across India.
Legal Protection & Advocacy
We advocate for the constitutional rights of pastors and Christian communities, especially those in minority and marginalized groups. We provide legal aid, identity documentation, and raise awareness about religious rights and protections under Indian law.
Training & Education
IPA runs Bible colleges, theological seminars, leadership workshops, and Sunday School training programs to equip pastors and Christian workers with Biblical knowledge and ministry skills.
Church Support & Recognition
We serve as a central spiritual and administrative body for affiliated churches, prayer halls, and ministries—guiding them with biblical principles, legal compliance, and organizational best practices.
Pastoral Welfare
IPA supports independent and underprivileged pastors, especially in rural and tribal regions, through financial aid, medical assistance, and family support.
Unity & Fellowship
We bring pastors together across denominations through fellowships, committees, conventions, and networks to build mutual trust, accountability, and peace among the Body of Christ.
Outreach & Evangelism
IPA actively promotes the Great Commission through door-to-door evangelism, revival meetings, missions training, and Gospel literature distribution in multiple languages.
